On 12 December 2023, His Excellency MEAS Kim Heng, Secretary of State, Cambodia’s SOM Leader for Conference on the Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA), attended a Senior Officials Committee (SOC) Meeting via video conference. The meeting focused on the following: (1) Review of the progress on the implementation of activities in 2023, (2) Discuss on the Annual Plan of Implementation of Confidence Building Measures (CBMs) for 2024, (3) Budget of the CICA Secretariat for 2024, and (4) other matters.
