On 24 January 2024, His Excellency SOK Chenda Sophea, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received a courtesy call by His Excellency Minssour Bin MUSSALLIAM, Secretary-General of the Organization of Southern Cooperation (OSC), at the Ministry. 

His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister stressed the importance of the OSC’s contribution to the balanced and inclusive education in the region. His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister also affirmed the Royal Government of Cambodia's commitment to continue working closely with OSC to further consolidate common resolve and cooperation, consistent with the principle of a mutually beneficial partnership.
