On 26 January 2024, His Excellency Dr. UN Kheang, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, had a bilateral meeting with His Excellency Dominic Williams, British Ambassador to Cambodia. The Meeting explored possibilities of enhancing cooperation between the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR) and the Diplomatic Academy of the UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO).
