On 28 January 2024, His Excellency KUNG Phoak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and ASEAN SOM Leader of Cambodia, attended the ASEAN Senior Officials' Meeting (SOM) in preparation for the ASEAN Foreign Ministers' Retreat to be held on 29 January 2024 in Luang Prabang, Lao PDR.
