On 29 January 2024, at the invitation of His Excellency Saleumxay Kommasith, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic (PDR), His Excellency SOK Chenda Sophea, Deputy Prime Minister and  Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, attended the ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ (AMM) Retreat in Luang Prabang, Lao PDR.
