On 13 February 2024, Her Excellency YENTIENG Puthirasmey, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received a courtesy meeting with Mrs. Dena Fisher, Head of Mission of International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Cambodia, at the Ministry.

During the cordial meeting, both sides expressed optimism about the good relations and cooperation between Cambodia and ICRC. Both sides highlighted the progress of ICRC's activities in Cambodia and also committed to strengthening cooperation between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and ICRC Mission in Cambodia as well as exchanged views on issues pertaining to International Humanitarian Law (IHL).
