On 15 February 2024 at the Ministry, Her Excellency KHIEV Sophany, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, chaired an online inter-ministerial meeting to discuss Japan’s proposal on the possibility of authorization of staff of the Royal Embassy of Cambodia to Japan to sign, on behalf of the Royal Government of Cambodia, the “Banking Arrangement (B/A) and Authorization to pay (A/P)” with a Japanese Bank for Grant Assistance Projects from the Japanese government. The meeting was attended by representatives from 7 Cambodian relevant ministries/institutions.
