On 21 February 2024, His Excellency KE Sovann, Under-Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, cordially received His Excellency Frank A. Rose, Principal Deputy Administrator of the National Nuclear Security Administration and Deputy Under Secretary for Nuclear Security of the US Department of Energy. On this occasion, both sides discussed and exchanged views on further cooperation on Cambodia’s capacity building priorities in the areas of nuclear security and non-proliferation efforts.
