On 27 February 2024, His Excellency Dr. UN Kheang, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, had a bilateral meeting with His Excellency Mr. Anatoly Borovik, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Kingdom of Cambodia.  During this meeting, the two diplomats discussed cooperation between the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations and the Russian Embassy, and Russia's foreign affairs institutions such as The Russian Diplomatic Academy and MGIMO University.
