On 27 February 2024, His Excellency KUNG Phoak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and ASEAN SOM Leader of Cambodia, received Her Excellency Ülkü KOCAEFE, Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to the Kingdom of Cambodia, at the Ministry. 

During the Meeting, both sides discussed the cooperation under the ASEAN-Türkiye Sectoral Dialogue Partnership (SDP) and ways forward to strengthen ASEAN-Türkiye Relations, particularly through the implementation of the recently adopted ASEAN-Türkiye Sectoral Dialogue Partnership: Practical Cooperation Areas (2024-2028).
