On 26 February 2024, His Excellency CHHUOY Bunchheang, Under Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, participated in the 12th ARF Open-Ended Study Group on Confidence Building Measures to Reduce the Risk of Conflict Stemming from the Use of ICTs (OESG) via video conference. The Meeting discussed the activities conducted last year, new proposals of confidence building measures by ARF Participants for the next year and sharing the latest development on matters related to ICTs Security.
