On 5 March 2024, His Excellency KUNG Phoak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and ASEAN SOM Leader of Cambodia, attended the ASEAN-Australia Senior Officials’ Meeting to finalise the draft Melbourne Declaration as one of outcome documents to be adopted at the upcoming ASEAN-Australia Special Summit, which will be held on 6 March 2024 in Melbourne, Australia.
