On 05 March 2024, Her Excellency TOUCH Sopharath, Under Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, had a meeting with Mr. Bryan FORNARI, Counsellor and Head of Cooperation, at the Ministry. During the meeting, both sides discussed on the upcoming visit of Her Excellency Jutta Urpilainen, European Commissioner for International Partnerships, and the preparation for the 12th Cambodia-EU Joint Committee as well as the Sub-group Meetings.
