On 13 March 2024, His Excellency Dr. CHEM Widhya, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, has received Her Excellency Ülkü Kocaefe, Ambassador of Türkiye to Cambodia, at the Ministry. 

The meeting focused on the preparation for the Third Session of Bilateral Consultations between the Foreign Ministries of Cambodia and Türkiye, which will be held on 19 March 2024 in Türkiye's capital city Ankara. Both dignitaries praised the importance of the Bilateral Consultations in deepening cooperation and enhancing relations between the two countries.
