On 6 June 2024, His Excellency KUNG Phoak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and ASEAN SOM Leader of Cambodia, attended the ASEAN Senior Officials' Meeting (SOM) in Vientiane, Lao PDR. The Meeting discussed important agenda including the ASEAN Community Building process, external relations and other issues of common interests and concerns. The Meeting also discussed the preparations for the 57th ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting (57th AMM) and Related Meetings, which are scheduled for July 2024.
