On 7 June 2024, His Excellency KUNG Phoak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and ASEAN SOM Leader of Cambodia, attended the ASEAN Plus Three Senior Officials' Meeting (APT SOM) in Vientiane, Lao PDR. The Meeting discussed the progress of the implementation of the APT Cooperation Work Plan (2023-2027) and the future direction of APT cooperation. The Meeting further discussed preparations for the 25th APT Foreign Ministers’ Meeting to be held in July 2024 and for the 27th APT Summit to be held in October 2024.
