On 18 July 2024, His Excellency SOK Chenda Sophea, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received a courtesy call by His Excellency Kyaw Soe Min, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar to Cambodia, at the Ministry.

The Deputy Prime Minister wholeheartedly congratulated His Excellency Kyaw Soe Min on his appointment as Ambassador of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar to the Kingdom of Cambodia, offering his full support to His Excellency Kyaw Soe Min in order to facilitate his work during his term of duty.

His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister and His Excellency Ambassador expressed their deep satisfaction with the development of long-standing friendship and shared the views that both countries should work together toward the commemoration of 70th Anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations next year.
