On the afternoon of 25th July 2024, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister SOK Chenda Sophea, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, held bilateral talks with His Excellency Winston Peters, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of New Zealand on the sidelines of the 57th ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting and Related Meetings in Vientiane, Lao People’s Democratic Republic. The meeting discussed ways to strengthen and expand mutually beneficial potential areas of cooperation such as education, economy, trade and investment and tourism, amongst others.
