On 14 August 2024, His Excellency KHUON Phon Rattanak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, received a courtesy call by His Excellency Mohammed Ismaeil A. Dahlwy, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Kingdom of Cambodia with residence in Hanoi, at the Ministry.
 
His Excellency Secretary of State and the Ambassador expressed their satisfaction with the gradual enhancement of bilateral relations between Cambodia and Saudi Arabia.
 
Both parties had also a fruitful discussion on various topics with the aim to explore ways and means to further deepen the cooperation between the two kingdoms.
 
In addition to bilateral cooperation, His Excellency Secretary of State and the Ambassador also exchanged views on the current regional and international developments.
