On the morning of 27 August 2024, His Excellency UNG Rachana, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and Her Excellency Ma. Theresa P. Lazaro, Undersecretary of the Department of Foreign Affairs of the Philippines, co-chaired the Senior Officials Meeting of the Fourth Meeting of the Cambodia-Philippines Joint Commission for Bilateral Cooperation in the capital city of Manila, the Republic of the Philippines.
