On 19 December 2024, H.E. Mr. KAN Pharidh, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, met with Mr. Benjamin (Seth) Bailey, Deputy Special Representative for the DPRK of the U.S. Department of State, and the Representatives of the Embassy of Japan and the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Phnom Penh. During the meeting, both sides discussed and exchanged views on the cooperation under the United Nations framework.
