On 18 December 2024, His Excellency Khuon Phon Rattanak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received His Excellency Oleksandr Gaman, Ambassador of Ukraine to Cambodia with residence in Hanoi, at the Ministry.   

The two sides discussed ongoing bilateral and multilateral cooperation and expressed their shared commitment to further strengthening ties for the benefit of both nations.
