On December 12, 2024, the Royal Embassy of Cambodia to the Republic of Türkiye coordinated the Cambodia-Türkiye Business Forum, which was held at the Ankara Chamber of Industry (ASO) in Ankara, Republic of Türkiye, with approximately 50 participants, including representatives from 18 Turkish and 6 Cambodian companies.

The business forum was organized to provide the opportunity for Cambodian and Turkish businessmen to discuss the potentials of trade and investment between the two countries, and to explore opportunities for partnerships in investment and business. At the forum, the Cambodian Chamber of Commerce and the Ankara Chamber of Industry also signed a Memorandum of Understanding to strengthen cooperation between the two institutions in promoting trade and investment. Taking that opportunity, the Cambodian Chamber of Commerce delegation also visited the 1st Organized Industrial Zone in Ankara and studied the operations of four factories, including a furniture factory, an excavator installation factory, a frozen food factory, and a model center for human resource training, in conjunction of 65th Anniversary of Cambodia-Türkiye Diplomatic Relations this year.
