On 20 December 2024, on behalf of His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, His Excellency Lim Bunhok, Secretary of State, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received a courtesy call by Mr. Olivier Poivre d’Arvor, Ambassador for the Poles and Maritime Issues, Special Envoy of the French President for the United Nations Conference on the Oceans (UNOC3), at the Ministry.

His Excellency LIM Bunhok warmly welcomed Mr. Olivier POIVRE D’ARVOR’s visit to the Kingdom of Cambodia and congratulated the Government of the French Republic for co-hosting the 3rd United Nations Ocean Conference (UNOC3). During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on multilateral cooperation as well as initiatives which aim at promoting the sustainable protection of oceans.
