On 21–23 January 2025, H.E. KUNG Phoak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, ASEAN SOM Leader, and Cambodia's Eminent Person for the High-Level Task Force on ASEAN Community’s Post-2025 Vision, led the delegation to attend the 20th HLTF-ACV Meeting in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to discuss the ASEAN Political-Security Community (APSC) Strategic Plan for the ASEAN Community Vision 2045 and other relevant documents in order to finalize them in time for adoption at the upcoming 46th ASEAN Summit in Malaysia.

The HLTF-ACV also had the opportunity to engage in a productive interface with the Chair of the High-Level Task Force on ASEAN Economic Integration (HLTF-EI), Co-Chairs of Ad Hoc Working Group on the Development of ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community (ASCC) Post-2025 Strategic Plan, and Chair of ASEAN Connectivity Coordinating Committee (ACCC) to exchange updates and enhance synergies across pillars and ASEAN Connectivity.
