On the morning of 6 February 2025, His Excellency KHUON Phon Rattanak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received a courtesy by His Excellency Luiz Manuel de Magalhães de Albuquerque Veloso, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Portuguese Republic to the Kingdom of Cambodia, with residence in Bangkok, at the Ministry, after His Excellency Ambassador presented the Letter of Credence to His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath NORODOM Sihamoni, King of Cambodia, on 3 February 2025.  

Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening bilateral relations and cooperation between the two countries both in bilateral and multilateral frameworks. They also exchanged views on regional and international issues of common interests and concerns.
