On 6 February 2025, His Excellency Heng Sarith, Ambassador/Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Cambodia to ASEAN, attended the 8th Meeting of ASEAN-Pakistan Joint Sectoral Cooperation Committee (AP-JSCC) at the ASEAN Secretariat, where ASEAN and Pakistan discussed progress of the ASEAN-Pakistan Sectoral Dialogue Partnership under Practical Cooperation Areas (PCA) (2024-2028), and explore possible areas for future collaboration between both sides. During the Meeting, the Ambassador encouraged Pakistan to enhance trade, investment, and cultural cooperation with ASEAN.
