On the morning of 7 February 2025, Her Excellency  EAT Sophea, Permanent Secretary of State and Acting Minister, led a delegation to pay tribute and signed the Book of Condolences at the Residence of the German Ambassador on the passing of His Excellency Horst Köhler, former President of Germany, on 1 February 2025.
