On the afternoon of 7 February 2025, His Excellency KHUON Phon Rattanak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia, attended a friendly football match between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Phnom Penh to celebrate the Russian Diplomats' Day, hosted at the Embassy compound.

His Excellency Secretary of State and His Excellency Anatoly Borovik, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Cambodia, delivered their short remarks, underlining the enduring long-standing relationship and friendly cooperation between the two countries while reaffirming commitment to enhancing bilateral ties to greater heights.

The football match was held in a friendly atmosphere followed by a networking session and a reception.
