On the morning of 7 February 2025, His Excellency Dr. UN Kheang, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received a courtesy call by His Excellency Dhan Bahadur Oli, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal to the Kingdom of Cambodia, with residence in Bangkok, at the Ministry, after His Excellency Ambassador presented the Letter of Credence to His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath NORODOM Sihamoni, King of Cambodia, on 6 February 2025. 

During this, His Excellency Secretary of State congratulated and warmly welcomed His Excellency Dhan Bahadur Oli on his appointment as the Nepali Ambassador to the Kingdom of Cambodia. Both sides reiterated their commitment to enhancing and deepening cooperation across various sectors for both countries' shared progress and prosperity.
