On 12 February 2025, H.E. Mr. KE Sovann, Under Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, held a bilateral meeting with Dr. Gidon Windecker, Deputy Head of Development Cooperation of the German Embassy to Cambodia. The meeting focused on enhancing close collaboration between the two countries, particularly within the frameworks of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) and the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
