On behalf of His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Her Excellency EAT Sophea, Permanent Secretary of State and Acting Minister, delivered a short remark at the Reception hosted by His Excellency Anatoly Borovik, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Cambodia, to commemorate the Russian Diplomats' Day on 10 February 2025. Her Excellency EAT Sophea underscored the  importance of diplomacy for harmony in international relations and in navigating the global complexities. She emphasized the enduring ties of friendship  between Cambodia and Russia.
