On 8 February 2025, the Royal Embassy of Cambodia (REC) in Canberra participated in the National Multicultural Festival (NMF). In this NMF, the ASEAN Showcase was organized by all ASEAN Mission in Canberra to promote ASEAN’s unity and cultural diversity. Mr. Andrew Barr, Chief Minister of the Australian Capital Territory, and ASEAN Heads of Missions in Canberra were presided over the opening of the Showcase.  

Joining the event, REC showcased Cambodia’s rich cultural heritage, attractive tourist destinations, various products and information related to the Kingdom’s business and investment opportunities. This year, REC is particularly proud to introduce to this iconic cultural event two Cambodian traditional performances, Blessing Dance and Peacock Dance.
