On the afternoon of 22 February 2025, His Excellency PRAK Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, accompanied Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, to a Meeting with His Excellency Dr. Sonexay Siphandone, Prime Minister of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and His Excellency  Pham Minh Chinh, Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam in Ho Chi Minh City.
