On 24 February 2025, His Excellency Dr. UN Kheang, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, chaired an inter-ministerial meeting at the Ministry to prepare for the 3rd Cambodia-India Foreign Office Consultations (FOC), which is scheduled for 10 March 2025 in Siem Reap. The meeting attendees included Secretaries of State, Under Secretaries of State, and representatives from relevant Cambodian ministries and institutions. 

The meeting reviewed Cambodia-India relations and cooperation across multiple sectors and future directions for the upcoming FOC.
