On the morning of 28 February 2025, His Excellency Dr. KHY Sovanratana, Secretary of State, presided over the Closing Ceremony of the “Orientation Training Course” for 23 newly appointed diplomats and ministry's officials at the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR). 

H.E. Secretary of State instructed all participants to respect and adhere to the core principles of Cambodia's foreign policy, including the protection of independence, sovereignty, territorial integrity and national interests as well as implementing the foreign policy in a flexible and smart manner, responsive to geopolitical challenges in the region and the world at large.
