On 10 March 2025, H.E. Ambassador UK Sarun had a meeting with H.E. Ambassador Haitham Salah, Assistant Minister for Protocol of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates of the Arab Republic of Egypt, at the Ministry. The discussions focused mainly on the request to expedite the review of the draft Agreement on Visa Exemption for Holders of Diplomatic and Service Passports between the Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt to reach an early signing and the bilateral cooperation between Cambodia and Egypt.
