On the morning of 26 March 2025, His Excellency KUNG Phoak, Secretary of State and ASEAN SOM Leader of Cambodia, received Mrs. Kate Rebholz, Chargé d'affaires a.i. of the United States Mission to ASEAN, at the Ministry. 

The Meeting discussed prioritised cooperation areas under the ASEAN-U.S. Comprehensive Strategic Partnership and the preparation for the upcoming 37th ASEAN-U.S. Dialogue, which Cambodia will host and co-chair with the U.S. in April 2025. Both sides also exchanged views on regional and international issues of common interests and concerns.
