The event highlighted the important role of Mekong-Lancang Cooperation in contributing to regional connectivity, people-to-people connectivity, and inclusive and sustainable development for a shared future of prosperity for all Mekong-Lancang member countries.
It is worth noting that on the occasion of the 2025 Mekong-Lancang Cooperation Week Fun Run (5 km) celebration, more than 500 people participated, demonstrating the spirit of solidarity, friendship, and cooperation between the peoples of all Mekong-Lancang countries. Most importantly, the event also raised $7,682 in voluntary humanitarian contribution, which already donated to the Kantha Bopha Cambodia Foundation to support healthcare services for children.
