On the morning of 08 April 2025, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received a courtesy call by Her Excellency Teo Lay Cheng, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Singapore to the Kingdom of Cambodia, at the Ministry. 

During the meeting, His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister and Her Excellency Teo Lay Cheng discussed ways and means to further strengthen and expand cooperation across several key sectors, including trade, investment, tourism and human resource development. The two sides also highlighted their readiness to collaborate in preparing for the commemoration of the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Cambodia and Singapore in 2025.
