On 7 April  2025, at the inauguration of the China-ASEAN Studies Center at CamTech University, HE Secretary of State Un Kheng participated as a speaker in a discussion on "President Xi Jinping's World View and Cambodia-China Relations" with several other panelists, such as HE Dr. Chheang Vannarith, Chairman of the National Assembly Advisory Group; Professor Lin Minwang, Vice Dean of the Institute of International Studies of Fudan University, China; and Professor Allen Chen of Sun Yat-Sen University, China.
