On the afternoon of 8 April 2025, Her Excellency NETH Thida Vichhuna, Under Secretary of State received Dr. Zachary Abuza, Professor and Delegates from the United States National War College, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.

The Meeting discussed the bilateral cooperation between Cambodia and the U.S. and the multilateral cooperation under the ASEAN and United Nations Frameworks.
