On the afternoon of 9 April 2025, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation held a blessing ceremony for celebrating Traditional Khmer New Year, which was presided over by His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
