On 10 April 2025, His Excellency KUNG Phoak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and ASEAN SOM Leader of Cambodia, participated in the 4th ASEAN-United Kingdom Senior Officials’ Meeting in Da Nang, Viet Nam.

The Meeting highlighted progresses of implementing the Plan of Action to implement the ASEAN-UK dialogue partnership (2022–2026) and exchanged views on cooperation across key sectors, such as transnational crimes, regional economic integration, people-to-people exchange, climate change, green transition, disaster management and connectivity, to further deepen the dialogue relations. Both sides also deliberated on the preparations for the commemoration of the 5th anniversary of ASEAN-UK Dialogue Partnership in 2026.
