On 7 April 2025, H.E. Dr. CHEUNBORAN Chanborey, Cambodian Ambassador to Australia visited the Marshall Centre for Infectious Diseases, Research and Training at the University of Western Australia (UWA), where the Ambassador had an honour to meet with Professor Barry Marshall, 2025 Nobel Laureate in Medicine and Patron of the Marshall Centre. 
During the meeting, Ambassador Chanborey signed with Professor Jeffrey Keelan, Head of the UWA School of Biomedical Science, the Declaration of Support on training and research engagement between Cambodian relevant institutions and the Marshall Centre.
