On 13 April 2025, His Excellency UK Sarun, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria with residence in Cairo, paid a courtesy call on His Excellency Mohamed ARKAB, Minister of Energy and Mines of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria, at the Ministry. 

During the meeting, His Excellency Ambassador and His Excellency Minister expressed their satisfaction with the long and close relationship between the two countries and committed to further enhancing the cooperation in key areas, especially oil, gas, energy and minerals, and people-to-people connectivity.
