H.E. Mr. KHUON Phon Rattanak, Secretary of State of MFAIC, attended the 4th Antalya Diplomacy Forum in Antalya, Türkiye from 11-13 April 2025.  The forum, presided over by H.E. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Turkish President, was hosted by the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and participated by heads of state, government officials, diplomats, intellectuals, and business representatives, to discuss regional and international issues of common concern. 

The Secretary of State held bilateral meetings with foreign dignitaries, including Dr Mamadou Tangara, Gambia's Minister of Foreign Affairs; Her Excellency Ambassador Berris Ekinci, Türkiye's Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs; His Excellency Datuk Mohamad Alamin, Malaysia's Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs; and Mr. Deodat Maharaj, the UN Technology Bank for Least Developed Countries' Managing Director, to reiterate commitments to deepen political and economic cooperation with Cambodia and address regional and global issues of mutual interest.
