On the afternoon of 2 May 2025, H.E. Dr. Khy Sovanratana, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received a courtesy call from H.E. Vanlalvawna Bawitlung, Ambassador of the Republic of India to the Kingdom of Cambodia.

During the meeting, His Excellency Secretary of State expressed his appreciation for the enduring partnership between Cambodia and India, particularly India’s continued support for providing diplomatic training for Cambodian diplomats. Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening cooperation on capacity-building initiatives for diplomats and other joint cooperation projects through the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations.
