On the morning of 7 May 2025, His Excellency Chum Sounry, Secretary of State and Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, met with Mr. Lim Khun Srun, Director General/CEO of Apsara Media Services (AMS), and his team to discuss and exchange views on collaboration between the Ministry and AMS, as well as the important role of the media in advancing public diplomacy and raising public awareness.

His Excellency the Secretary of State and the AMS Director General also discussed and shared a common view on the importance of closer cooperation between government institutions and the media in disseminating accurate and useful information to the public—particularly on the diplomatic work and achievements of the Ministry and its missions abroad—which contributes to promoting Cambodia’s image and international standing.
