On 11 June 2025, Her Excellency Touch Sopharath, Under-Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received Her Excellency Laima Liucija Andrikiene, Member of the European Court of Auditors, at the Ministry. Her Excellency Andrikiene informed Her Excellency Under-Secretary of State that her mission is to perform the assessment on the effectiveness of EU support for Cambodia.   Both sides exchanged views on Cambodia’s development priorities, the effectiveness of EU development assistance and Cambodia’s LDC graduation in 2029.
